Looking for an opportunity to learn coffee-making skills? In this class we’ll be studying all things coffee: the bean, the grind, the equipment, the history… and of course, we’ll be drinking lots of coffee! Students will learn the art of pulling shots, steaming milk, hot and iced espresso drinks along with Italian sodas and chai teas. They will also learn about resumes, cover letters, cash handling, customer service and safe food handling, and how coffee beans are roasted.
