In this class we will travel the states and learn what they are known for, state food, state bird, tree, and celebration they are known for. Students will learn how to read a map of the USA, where the states are located, and learn how to read directions of a compass.

In this class students will learn the primary colors and watching colors change as we mix colors together. Students will learn how different strokes react using different mediums to alter the way watercolor paint reacts to water and paper. Brush technique, multi-day steps, and projects will also be incorporated.
