Boot Camp


Come get sweaty and have fun doing it!  This course will lightly cover health and nutrition.  We will have a personal fitness component-focusing on increasing cardiovascular endurance and strength by playing fitness games, team relay races, circuit training and more!  All fitness and age levels welcome!

This is an 18 week class, designed for any age level.  It meets Wednesdays from 11:00 to 12:00
